Credit Score Quick Fix

If you have bad credit, you’ve probably realized that life is a little harder for you. People are leery about lending you money, don’t give you as good of an interest rate, etc. Although you may have a bad credit score now, it doesn’t have to be like that forever. There are some simple fixes you can do to help improve your score quick.
Credit Score Quick Fix:
Pay off - First of all, your credit score may be low due to the amount of debt you have. If you’re $50,000 in debt or you’re $2,000 in debt it will affect your score. So, if you can at all, pay off your credit cards and try to really reduce your amount of debt. This really matters and will affect you until you do something about it.
Limit credit cards - You will need to limit the amount of credit cards you open. If you have 20 credit cards open compared to someone that has 2 you’ll have worse credit than them. When you have that many open, you’re allowed to rack up more debt than someone with 2.
On time – Make sure that you pay off your bills on time. If you pay your credit cards off late or don’t pay them at all, this will really affect your score. So, make sure you’re doing things on time and that they get paid for. You’ll have worse credit compared to someone that’s never missed a payment or has never paid late.
Gain age – Another reason you might have a lower credit score is because you haven’t had a credit card open for very long. There is nothing you can do about this but let it gain age over time. I say this because you may have followed all the rules above and still have a low score due to having a credit card with such a young age.
Fixing your credit score isn’t that hard to do. Just make sure you follow the tips listed above, and you really take care of any credit card debt you have. Once your card doesn’t have a balance anymore your debt will decrease dramatically!
